The Islamic Solidarity Fund for Development (ISFD) has a unique organizational structure. It comprises three distinct units that work together to achieve the Fund's objectives. These units are:
- Resource Mobilization Division: The Resource Mobilization Division is the focal point for and lead all activities related to the Resource Mobilization function of the ISFD.
- Poverty Alleviation and Empowerment Division: The Poverty Alleviation and Empowerment Division is the focal point for all activities related to initiating, developing and monitoring development programs. These programs are focused on poverty reduction related sectors and areas identified within the ISFD strategy such as human capital development, economic empowerment, and other areas that may emerge given the socioeconomic conditions of member countries.
- Technical Support Section: The Technical Support Section, in full coordination with the ISFD Director General, serves as the focal point for all activities related to the effective and efficient management of ISFD.
