Country Overview

Kyrgyz Republic joined the IsDB on 3 November 1993. Located in Central Asia, Kyrgyzstan, a landlocked nation of 6.3 million people, embraces its mountainous grandeur and mineral wealth. While agriculture forms its economic backbone, vast reserves of coal, gold, uranium, and antimony offer immense potential.
